Senior TDP leader Tummala Nageswara Rao has severely criticised parties that are provoking regional hatred without knowing about details in the Government Order on Bayyaram mines.
He said at a press conference at Khammam that the TRS and the Congress leaders never raised their voice when former chief minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy had allotted 1.45 lakh acres of Bayyaram mines to his son-in-law Anil Kumar.

The State government has turned bankrupt under the Congress dispensation in spite of levying hefty taxes and heavy borrowing because of corruption, former Chief Minister and TDP president N. Chandrababu Naidu has said.
Addressing a well-attended meeting at Kasimkota junction as part of the ‘Vastunna.. Meekosam’ padayatra on Tuesday, he recalled that when he had borrowed Rs. 50,000 crore, he was accused of following the World Bank’s diktat. But now, the State’s debt stood at a whopping Rs.1.8 lakh crore.

Telugu Desam Party senior leaders Payyavula Kesav and Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy on Monday flayed the YSR rule, saying that it was during this time that unimaginable damage was done to the State in almost all sectors.
“Though the YSR Congress scored some electoral victories, there is no such support now. The people are realising that the YSRC is adopting double standards with regard to the ruling Congress”.

TDP Polit Bureau member Siddha Raghava Rao and district party president Prathipati Pulla Rao said said the ‘Vastunna Meekosam padaytra' of N. Chandrababu Naidu strengthened the party from grsss root level and inspired the cadres to strive for people's welfare.
Addressing a party meeting at Guntur Raghava Rao said Congress president Sonia Gandhi is trying all the tricks to engineer a split in the TDP on caste lines as it was becoming a strong force to influence the politics in Delhi.
