TDP has rejected the offer of the YSR Congress to support if a no-confidence motion is moved in the State Assembly.
Polit Bureau member and MLA P.Ashok Gajapathi Raju said at Vizianagaram that the party was not ready to accept the YSRC’s offer keeping in view the past experience and described YSRC as the sibling of the ruling Congress.
Addressing cadres and leaders at the party’s constituency-level meeting at Masonic temple here, Ashok criticised the Kiran government for working against the guidelines and pointed out how Rs. 80,000 crore was wasted in the name of Jalayagnam without supplying irrigation water.
He said the glaring example is Thotapalli, Peddagedda and Jhanjhavati projects in Vizianagaram district adding that the Congress government had succeeded only in making people liquor-addict and increasing the rate of crime and assault on women.
