Telugu Desam Party has warned the Kiran Government of action if cement prices in Kadapa district are not reduced before August 15th
Setting the deadline of August 15 for the cement companies to bring down cement prices to Rs 150 in the district, else TDP warned that it would besiege the cement manufacturing companies and would not allow cement loads to leave the district.
Addressing reporters the TDP leader Goverdhan Reddy said that cement was being sold at its highest price in the district though the cement is produced in the district.
He said that if the companies do not bring the cement prices to Rs 150 per bag by August 15, the party will besiege the cement companies on August 16 and will not allow the cement load to leave the town.
