The misdeeds of Kiran Government are ruining the livelihood of poor farmers in  the state. The artificial shortage of  fertilisers, seeds and also delay in grant of crop loans is leaving the farmers to the mercy of the money lenders and middle men who slap huge interests

Farmers from villages located around Adilabad town staged a rasta roko at Punjab Chowk disrupting flow of traffic on the old NH 7 for about 30 minutes.

They demanded fertilizer which is in short supply here. They alleged that unscrupulous traders are diverting fertilizer to Maharashtra and are selling it in black market with the connivance of Agriculture officials.

TDP has taken up campaign against Govt to highlight the farmers travails and delay and inefficiency of the Kiran Govt.
