TDP President Sri Nara Chandrababu Naidu today said that the Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy appeared to be not serious about the proper conduction of the assembly.
Speaking to reporters at the assembly premises the TDP president said that if the corruption of the Kiran Government was exposed in the assembly more than of half of the ruling party men would be in jails.
He said there was an urgent need to discuss the burning issues of the state like plight of drought hit farmers, tuition fee crisis of students, liquor syndicates involvement of ministers in bribery etc.
He said it was tragic that no sincere efforts were made to conduct the house in right spirit as the Government was not interested in conduction of the house as it would expose most of its wrong doings. 'It is not enough if you have one Chief Whip and ten other whips in the legislature party but what is needed is commitment to run the house and debate on peoples issues. he added.
